I think CMC was a distraction. He was so good which caused him to always get force fed the ball which allowed teams to key on him. Without him it seems like everyone is getting more involved and the offense the driving at a more efficient level

Panthers are strong in the trenches and Lions defense has been woefully inadequate this year even when they’ve won. Weak pass rush. Botched snap, offensive pass interference killed two potential Lion drives. Panthers OL dominated a weak Lions front four. Congrats to the Panthers. Lions aren’t nearly ready unfortunately. This game was a personal blessing to me. I lost my best friend who was my precious grandma a few weeks before and my Papa several months before that. It was our first Christmas without both of them. It definitely felt empty like an empty Christmas that day. It was also the coldest Christmas I've ever seen in NC. And the season was terrible for my Panthers. So I felt like I was all out of hope. But these guys were dominating the Lions just a hour and a half away from home in weather that the Lions should be used to. Also, the Lions wore thick sleeves while the Panthers played with bare arms in 8 degree weather. It definitely put a smile on my face that Christmas 🥹
