The world regalia is crazy. If you have king sarc up you can summon all your horus cards then destroy all cards on the field. King sarc still saves the horuses

A lot of the time it is good to make when you are trying to lethal. Lets you play through nib/veiler and gives 8k more damage if you make a numeron dragon.

Sometimes you just need a monster negate. It could be in a situation where you know you absolutely must negate the opponents follow up. Like in a grindy game or something.
