What's up guys, I bring you another recording with the devilish little groovebox, pure detroit deep choirs, I hope you like it, enjoy.

I love The tr-6s! I was thinking to make a six track challenge, just for fun, I think it is so nice to see what one can do with six tracks instead of over layering sounds... great work, i watched many of your videos :)

Open Hat decay…. I saw that sneaky trick. Awesome job. Also huge props on using two tracks for the kick/bass. Only thing to make this performance 1 lvl more would be riding the cymbal tune knob.

Amazing what you can do with this... would love to see a turtorial and i don't think i'm alone. Just some quick tips on your approach would be awesome. Thanks for sharing the possibilities.

Cool tune and slick moves! That's a clever idea of changing chords by simply switching the sample, can definitely go far with that.

Well done ! I really like this chord sound in my TR-6s as well ! If I understand ypur workflow, you switch between 2 presets. Is it possible instead to make the pitch vary and/or use variations to switch between ?
@saviumrecords Жыл бұрын
thanks for watching and commenting, the difficulty of this track is to use 2 samples on the same channel and trigger it live, the correct way to work would be to use this chord as an instrument and lower the pitch
@dpalaoro Жыл бұрын
@@saviumrecords Curious why you didn't use the same chord but change the pitch like you mentioned. Is it not possible?

Awesome are those Chord sounds from the built in factory sounds?

Q: where are the chords coming from? I thought this was just a drum machine... can you load samples to it or does it have some kind of rudimentary synth im not aware of? Also, the bass line... did this get the same update that the tr8s did with the bass (synth)?
@benwearne5422 ай бұрын
You can either load your own samples or use the instrument presets. After you select a sound, you can tune each step to a different note for each track for that sound. It comes with major and minor chord stabs. You can edit many parameters for each track including attack, decay, tuning, effects, fm, ect. So you can add a wav file of you favorite bass and just edit it in the unit and also use the unit for basslines. Only 6 tracks though 😢
