Joshua Mueller I agree, Mike’s videos are excellent but this one did feel rushed. It’s a single tap to wake the screen not a double tap. You can also press and hold the volume up + sleep/wake button to power off the device which seems easier than up>down>press and hold but I didn’t know you could do that so, as always, learned something new!

I’ve had a Note 8 for the past 6 months, and I just recently traded that phone in for the iPhone XS Max 256 GB Gold and let me tell you, the decision was a great one. iOS ecosystem is just for me no disrespect to Android. Apps run more smoothly, the display is just as good as the Note 8 and 9 if not better, no home button isn’t a problem for me, and the notch isn’t a problem for me either. Sometimes you don’t even notice the notch especially in dark backgrounds. There is a reason why Apple is a billion dollar company.

Note 8 user here! I understand that the iPhone XS Max is smoother and the ecosystem is more efficient, but I feel like what came in the box was just right for me. Free fast charging, s pen, and various accessories all for about $800. I've had an iPhone 6 Plus in the past, and although it was smooth, it became a little dull. The Note 8 provides me with the opportunities to change a lot of it, and the lag doesn't bother me, as the iPhone I had started to lag too. Besides, it was pretty minor.

denice a no, works fine and charges quicker. If your phone is on 1% and you plug the iPad charger in, it does go up to 10% within 5 mins when with a regular iPhone charger, it takes forever to even get to 5% lol

Out of ( ALL ) the unboxing videos on KZbin, DetroitBORG is without a doubt the best one, not only beacuse of his level of professionalism he take's with each video, but it's also full of important information and provies each viewer a better understanding before buying the product. I hope he does make a Samsung Galaxy S10 & 10+ unboxing video, even though it's been out for a few months, and it's one of the video's I've been waiting for, but also with the upcoming Iphone 11 & 11 Pro Max as well, down the line.

i have been watching mr. mike since 2013 back when i was 7 years old. i remember getting my samsung galaxy tab 3 7.0 for christmas that year (2013) and i scrolled through youtube and found his unboxing of my same tablet. i was so excited and watched almost all of his unboxing videos! i think he may be the reason why i get very intrigued by all the different types of smartphones, tablets, computers, etc. i would also like to thank @Alyssa Ann for really starting the trend... talking about how DetroitBORG is one of the BEST youtubers! keep up the awesome work mr. mike all your videos do is get better!

I definitely wish these came with the fast charging accessories since we are paying so much for the phone already. I definitely like the space grey out of them all. I am considering upgrading from my 8 Plus but I feel like if I do it would be incredibly worth it. I would miss my fingerprint id and a home button, so that is something that I’d have to get used to. My mom is really into these phones so I’m definitely getting her one as well.

$1450 phone but doesn't even include a fast charger right out of the box. Meanwhile, Android phones at a third of the price come with a fast charger bundled with the phone.
