Evan, you do an amazing job explaining the Tigers draft pick loss etc in signing Walker etc and the Tigers affection with their picks. Love this podcast.

Imagine waking up to a trade obtaining Yandy Diaz and Pete Fairbanks like Mark suggests here?? Game changing. Of course I doubt it unfortunately.

Micheal Soroka is a great buy low guy IMO. Especially if they trade MIZE or someone for a bat. Soroka on a 1 year deal he has opportunity as 4th- 5th starter or we can use him in BP where he was great last year.

Astounding that a front office doesn't make trades to improve the ballclub.

Go get Alex Bregman already. If the Tigers fail to make the playoffs next year because Scott Harris punted on another off season, then Scott Harris needs to be on the hotseat. There will be no excuse for not making a big move or two to give our young core some help. Winning isn't cheap!

Scott harris deserves 0 blame. It's not his money. Blame pizza boy.

I believe Scott Harris is under orders from Chris Illitch not to make any trades.

Hard to argue with what this front office wants to do with pitching. They should've let that man retire 🤦♂️

Just trade Skubal already while he has value. If you're not going to pay him and all you want is cheap prospects he's worth several high level 1st and 3rd baseman prospects and throw in some single A relief pitchers.

I would not give Skubal $300 million over 12 years. Injury risk is too great. Hasn't Skubal already had one Tommy John surgery?

12 years 300m is a bargain. He will get 35m a year on the open market.
