During the Senate confirmation hearing for Pete Hegseth as Donald Trump's nomination for secretary of defense, Sen. Gary Peters of Michigan questioned Pete Hegseth about his lack of relative management experience and other qualifications.

Although I disagree with Senator Peters; I had zero issues with his line of questioning. I think it is fair to see if the man is qualified to lead an organization as complex as DOD.

As if Peters has driven down costs anywhere. He looks more angry at Hegseth than concerned about driving down costs in the DOD. I can imagine the money he has wasted on useless policies other than protecting our nation.
