You don't need a track bar with a 4 link, that's what the upper arms are for.

With this kit and the 9" Ford you mentioned lowered, is the coil over kit pre set at a lowered amount?

My question is why would anyone would invest this time and money into a factory 10 bolt? If you are doing this type of work into the suspension, you are investing money into the engine. Which anything over 300hp, is compromising the fact 10 bolt.

Most customers will opt for the 12-bolt or Ford 9" option.

I had a 1984 Z28 a long time ago. I took a 75 Chevy Nova 10 bolt differential, stripped the brackets off, welded on brackets from another 82-84 Camaro differential EXCEPT NO Torque bar mount, did away with it. A hot rod or car craft magazine article showed this, but they used a 12 bolt out of a 69 Camaro. The 75 nova rear 10 bolt is the strong 10 bolt and same length as a 69 Camaro rear. We used the stock trailing arms, just beefed them up on bottom and added a bar in a ladder bar design with hiem joints at top of rear tube and top of trailing arm at front. No problem with rear end twist due to removing torque bar. These cars should of came with the 8.5 Chevy 10 bolt rear. The factory 7.5 Chevy 10 bolt is junk, no performance what so ever.
