Freedom of speech MUST NOT be Freedom of "IRRESPONSIBLE" speech, and that is the difference in Freedom of speech between Ghana and other countries. Freedom of speech in Ghana is "RESPONSIBLE" speech, that is why there is peace and freedom in Ghana, and hardly any violence.

Being rude and foul-mouthed are completely different from freedom of speech, which is what I think she meant with regard to South Africans. Politically, there's a lot of freedom of speech in Ghana compared to some African countries.
