The CV axles were never a problem. It was always the inner axle seal that allowed gear oil into the steering knuckle. Easiest way to check was to remove a bottom bolt from the steering knuckle. If a CV boot was ripped, gear oil would show up there as well.

Glad to see you packed the knuckles properly. I hope you backed the hub nuts off 1/4 turn after you torqued them before locking them down. Will burn the bearings otherwise.

Inner seals are easier to take apart both fronts the beat it with a long piece of rear from the otherside. Takes like 2 hits.

These trucks came to replace the M35A2, the only thing is that they don't have power steering and the brakes still using brakes fluid

Having prior mechanical experience is a must. No shop will work on this, so you end up having to rely on the facebook community and all your skills you have acquired in life.

Why would you want to run 5 ton wheels, the m35a3 wheels are the same as the 5 ton wheels, you can put 395's and 14r20 on those rims.
