Honestly being a woman who is a mother that has a son and a daughter. I understand why you men would feel kinda uncomfortable hearing a woman talk nasty about her sexuality because of your daughters. Suddenly everyone afraid their little girls gonna imitate what their hearing and seeing but wasn't afraid when women been grinding and twerking for years on male rapping videos and suddenly now it's a problem? My husband feels the same way but I find it kinda funny how the men are now over protective of their little girl's hearing this verses their little boys hearing dirty men rap about women in a demeaning way? I feel like it's a double standard I really do, if a child listens to this it's because their parents allowed it or they are accepting of it. Many of ya'll didn't try to sensor your's sons from hearing or seeing nasty talk about women, so the disrespect begin a long time ago before they ever enter the scene all their doing is bragging about their sexuality that's it. Now a days you can block your children from seeing and hearing anything that is vulgar. This is a grown person song children shouldn't be listening to it period and it's the parent's job to prevent it. If their teenagers they gonna sneak and listen regardless with their friends. However little children needs to be controlled from hearing it other than that I feel the Media should stop shaming women for having a sexuality because you men folks don't mind it behind closed doors when we talking dirty now do ya?

Yes!!!!!! I used to sit in the stands on Friday nights and wonder how those people could be happy their daughter was dancing half naked at halftime and old ass men were watching.

Hello, I don’t think most men understand the video because the “empowerment message” is said right in the beginning. If you don’t get it, you don’t get it!!! A true guy in a relationship will respect and not respond nor discuss; it’s about a guy’s actual maturity (point blank)......

Actually they didn't do it for shock value. This is Cardi on any normal day if you follow her on Instagram. This is who she is. It's those who don't really follow her that will be shocked.

Love your dad! His reaction was the same as mine, the beat was awesome but the song was vulgar! Old school hip hop is better the rap now is more like mumble rap!
