@Gears of Cognition JC only appears emotionless in acting just so the player can instill their own emotions ( wccftech.com/interview-warren-spector-system-shock-3-deus-ex-trilogy/ ) , but, we can reasonably expect that judging from this music, and how we acted in general prior to those events, he was at least upset. Also, the conversation with the lady (forgot her name), "Amazing if you think about it, all those dreams ... (forgot) when really this place is just a cinderblock" or something like that. Anyway, point is, he had emotions, he felt betrayed.

Thankfully I was mostly nonlethal during the escape. I knocked out troopers when they were alone and I avoided going to the guarded prison area because going there wasn't the way out. I had to kill two or three UNATCO troopers, though.

I played the deis ex rivision and lemme tell you. At first you feel weird and out of place you are augmented but cant shoot acurate or hack shit or be stealthy but as the story proceedes so do you and it gets to a point you really feel its personal, you have some choices but it really sticks to you. I liked it so much i played it 3 times already 😂😂

I can imagine it now, a scene from a TV adaptation of Deus Ex: [JC Denton steps out of Manderley's office and sees Anna Navarre across the hall. "Enemy Within - Combat" track starts.] Anna: It looks like I'll have to kill you myself. JC: Take your best shot, flatlander woman. Anna: How did you know-- *Explodes, with shrapnel and gore flying past JC, tiny specs of blood splashing onto him; He shows no reaction other than wiping the blood off his sunglasses* [The facility alarm is sounded a second or two later (because they heard the explosion), and the music track hits 0:12; JC looks up to see the flashing alarm lights before focusing on the stairwell leading up to the first floor of UNATCO HQ. JC hides behind the wall corner while a handful of UNATCO troops rushing down the hall with Assault Rifles. Just as they turn the corner, JC grabs the Assault Rifle of the lead UNATCO trooper with one hand, pointing the rifle downwards, and karate chops the trooper's adam's apple with the other hand. JC pushes the choking lead trooper back and the second trooper behind collapses underneath. JC rushes the third trooper, crouching and running as bullets whiz past his head. JC reaches up and grabs the chin and left shoulder of the third trooper, spinning him around to face the fourth trooper. The fourth trooper ceases fire since he can't get a clear shot on Denton without killing his friend, and JC uses this to his advantage by kneeing the third trooper in his abdomen and shoving him into the fourth trooper. The fourth trooper tries to regain his balance, but JC kicks his legs out from underneath him and the trooper lands on his face with a thud. The second trooper starts to stand up when JC takes out his dart gun and shoots him with a tranquilizer. JC then delivers a blow to the base of the fourth trooper's skull that knocks him out cold. JC turns and cautiously makes his way up the stairwell as the second trooper passes out.]

i was such a pacifist, in NYC when the nsf and unatco groups start fighting on side of the hotel,hotel, gassed everyone then hit all the nsf soldiers to knock them out so the unatco men wouldn't kill them.I played it without killing any of the black suit men as well. though it was hard in the gas station mission to save the scientists daughter.
