@@ItsXaphanex basically yey. Internal decapitation, the neck is basically snapped in two. But head is still attached thanks to skin and muscles. Its survivable but its not medically fixable. They can never attempt to move their head at all or else they might die. In Adams case he likely ripped and tearing the muscles as well meaning thst they camt hold the head up. Therefore killing him

This is one of the few games where I loved the prefabricated takedowns. They were varied enough that you felt like a real badass for doing them. I also like the fact that the non-lethal takedowns are just as badass as the lethal ones, so you might as well go non-lethal as there is no benefit to being Murderface McGee.However, if you want to, the game doesn't punish you for it, like Dishonored(which I still love) does.

Literally all of the fun gameplay in that game, where you can do crazy shit like have a guard shoot at you, stop time, possess the guard, and walk him in front of his own bullet are all punished by the end of the game. I still love those games, but I really don't like how it punishes you for playing lethally.
