The rest? The dialogue, the gameplay, the graphics... all of it was amazing. Only issue I had with the game was that it's a little short, and that Square Enix sucks with their monetization marketing campaigns.

Even though I greatly enjoy Deus Ex universe's music for its' gloomy and dark general atmosphere, there are peculiar gems like these amidst the masterpieces which broadcast a somewhat hopeful theme without standing out too much from the crowd. Masterful quality on behalf of the composers and players. Also, huge thanks to the uploader for making this extended edition!

Unatco, from the og game, was a similar tune in it's up beat 'cmo'n guys, we can make a difference!' tone. Not all doom and gloom as you said :)

I'm still amused that some people thought CP2077 would have the quality of a Deus Ex game on an open world scale. That's just impossible.

@@orenbartal8504 the ultimate proof that as enjoyable as they are, fully open world games are realistically so spaced out in its contents that it hurts the quality and narrative of the game. Semi open world games/ hub based games can have similar advantages of a open world game while keeping its narrative and flow focus tight enough to create superior experiences.

one of the most underrated games of the last generation; I think any future of deus ex without Adam Jensen is a completely unnecessary risk that jeopardizes the charisma of the protagonist. When you own a stake in unforgettable video game territory, you don't forage new territory and abandon the plot known to have mineral riches. You leave a contingent there and defend it fiercely until you completely absorb the source. I rank Jensen right up there with Arthur Morgan, Geralt of Rivia, and Corvo Attano--hard not to love those characters. Also, honorable mention to Jon Bernthal's video game cameo in GR: Wildlands...short-lived but impossible to forget Cole Walker. He took on a douche role in Breakpoint so I omit that.

It is because of the editor's choice to cut the game's story, the (optional) transaction system, the triangle and others stupid greedy stuff like that which gave a bad reputation to the game even prior to its release. Plus when it was published, it was too full of glitches. For the rest, it would have been better if after Jensen's system is reset, the health regeneration and radar would be disabled like most others augmentations (but not a real problem, as it can be done with mods).
@Stiffmiester9795 жыл бұрын
@@NicheGames yeah i just passed the point in Golem where you need to escape and wow I got hit with a nasty bug where Jenson had slow fall, and every time i used a melee finisher i fell under the map for 5 mins before dying. Thank fuck i had like 50 tranq darts and plenty of other ammo to deal. My build/ playstyle is always non- lethal focused so I heavily relied on takedowns until this point lol. Fell through the map 4 times before passing that part.

It was a game only true Deus Ex fans loved regardless of flaws. I can't wait for the next one. My issue with MD is the lack of more boss fights and more playable zones. HR has so much replayability compared to MD. But alas I love both. Invisible war was my first Deus Ex game. I have good memories of that game.
@walkman064 жыл бұрын
I just beat it during corona pandemic, so most bugs have been fixed. Music, graphic and gameplay are improved but my main concern is the story. The story is not as powerful as the deus HR, also 1 boss is too few for me.

@@warlordofvideogameglitches Dude in 100 years we will just print new organs and limbs instead of changing them into mechanical machines that has to be maintained externally. Why go for a metal device that is prone to connection failure, need for external power source, and incompatible with the biological cell parts when you can just make new limbs or organs that could be identical or surpass the originals capacity without relying on batteries and run off your blood?

In all it's awesomness, the TF29 base turned out to be... a little disappointing at the end. It had so much potential in it, e.g. the boss's office, which could have more content in it. Also, when I saw the holding cells at the bottom of the base, I thought 'Oh boy, I bet I'll be breaking out of them again like in the original DX with a major plot twist!' and... not much happened, the base is a little too 'static' in the whole plot.
@Psi34ax7 жыл бұрын
True! I was SO expecting some major conspiracy shit to happen underground, like the MJ12 base in the original DX. And each time I pass those blue security lasers while entering TF29 I kept thinking "yeah, this is gonna kill me someday isnt it?"
@xsprlmnl6 жыл бұрын
Well maybe it wasn't really the whole plot. You know that game was cut in half, right? If you ever felt like the end came out of nowhere and Marchenko didn't feel like a final boss, think no further.
