Those flies aren't too bad. In Oz, the flies are only bad if the coating of flies is so thick that you cant see your food under them. And they fly into your mouth, eyes,nose,and ears simultaneously! Then they are annoying!

All of them were eaten by these flies, the British employed African black magic corps that would call forth wrath of the Egyptian Pharao which involved 6 million flies that would swarm German positions and eat their eyeballs.

Last time I was in Morocco meat sellers on bazer like stands put a plastic bag half full of water above the meat which kept the fliex off the meat for some reason. no clue why that is
