Hello we need help we have a Deutz F3M 2011 engine when it reaches operating temperature on the instrument panel the red oil light comes on and after a while the engine shuts down when we disconnect the cables on the oil sensor. and reconekt wire, engine running normally, we replaced filters and engine oil. the oil pressure probably drops and the sensor knocks out the fault, and it is possible that the problem is up to the thermostat,

If it was the thermostat the overheat warning light should come on

My deutz does the same thing. Removed the thermostat and it runs longer but still overheats / 240 on the heads. Did you figure it out?

I would guess they would be the same system, and if not your would have a key way, same process, Regards Mark

I only wanted to point out that the 1012 in the title, is completely different engine, being timed off back of engine via gears.No belt.
