Deutz engine smoke problem

Our Deutz DL1300 loader smokes a lot and doesn't run on all 6 cylinders. Let's find out what's wrong with it!

Broken valve! Dang that sucks lucky it didn't drop the rest of the valve or the pieces didn't destroy the cylinder. I'm glad to see you guys back keep up the good work!!

PLEASE buy a windbreaker for the camera microphone. They are super-cheap and will work wonders when you're filming outside. (It's basically a small furry patch you stick over the microphone hole on the camera.)

The piece of the valve came out of the exhaust at 5:26. It's at the bottom of the screen.

vet! gelukkig de cilinder niet naar de kloten.. zo'n klep lijkt me wel makkelijk te vinden. Als ik me niet vergis dan zit daar een Deutz F6L413V V6 in.. daar zijn nog wel onderdelen voor te krijgen

That Deutz is a "Direct Injection" engine. I think you are referring to the "pre-combustion chambers" of an "indirect injection" type diesel engine.

You will have to reshim the bottom of the cylinder,head is to close to the top of the piston.

It would probably be wise to go through the other cylinders with scotchbrite too, if one cylinder is rusty there is likely more.
