The MICA NG is basically the same from the outside as a MICA we already have, but the new and more compact electronics allowed for MBDA to put a second stage motor that act as a sustainer. That sustainer can be saved by the missile computer to improve his maximum range or maintain the 50G thrust vectoring capability in the terminal phase of the trajectory. So a MICA that goes farther, has better tracking and ECCM, and at medium ranges keep the ability to pull crazy G turns. Safe to say it's not coming soon if they plan to model it accurately.

Im thinking with the MICA NG they are probably going to add "next-gen" fox-3s to every nation in some future update since the AIM-120C-5 and R-77-1 are already in the files. They will probably throw in the AAM-4B, I-Derby and maybe the PL-12A (or a very gimped PL-15) to cover the remaining ground then drop them all at once so no nation gets left behind

Every single dude who's saying "Mica ir is too advanced", does not have any clue about how it works, but they still say "too advanced", as usual fake experts giving their opinion without knowing anything. Remember just before MICA EM came into the game? Everyone was saying, that's too op!! Too soon, for the game. and now look at what's happening, you can't have the time to Launch your mica early game because of F15E being able to launch their missiles 30sec earlier. It was the same story for so much stuff in the past, even aim 9 b was called too op and game breaking at the time, until people actually try it...

FYI you’re looking at the deck thrust to weight. The Eurofighter engines are specifically designed to function well in low particle space which is why it’s so fast up high. Rafale on the other hand is optimized to function in high particle zones which is why the thrust to weight of the Rafale is better down low. Eurofighter is missing some thrust that’s right but it won’t be the speed machine down low you imagine.

Maximum launch range =/= maximum effective range. Youre taking statistics against a cooperative target approaching you at ideal launch conditions and saying the missile should perform to that metric while launching from much worse conditions and target cooperation

@@FunFishFacts the EF only has a frontal aspect reduced RCS, its only about 0,1-0,5 m² gaijin doesnt implement stealth properly because its to op, no current mechanical scan radar would be abled to lock the EF in a head on or even detect it if it was further away then a few km. the F117 has an even smaler RCS and it still sucks because of balancing reasons which i can kind of understand. im more mad about the lack of the dragable radar emmiter located in the right wing. this thing could have been a nice balanced mechanic since it would only work once or twice untill its destroyed compleatly.
