I was introduced to SANSCRIT and Hindu Chanting in 1979. IVE been on the Yoga Path for 40+ years. The greatest gift in my life was CHANTING. Can I just say how much this particular mantra has affected my life...Over C-vid it literally was a life saver. You can create your own movement. The idea is that your hands are at the level of each Chakra as you chant the seed round. It looks like this: Om Bhur = Root Chakra Om Bhuvaha = Sacral Chakra Om Svaha = Solar Plexus Om Maha = Heart ♥ Om Janaha = Throat Chakra Om Tapaha = 3rd Eye Om Satyam = Crown Chakra You can use whichever hand/arm movements that feel good. Sometimes it can be an inner alignment which places your hands on the center of the body going upwards. Other times, it is an outer expression where your arms may flow with the rhythm of the mantra...have fun!
