I kinda feel that Robbie is more of a small map hunter , winning in small maps for him is 100% guaranteed unless they have good team work.. Big maps are for hunters who can go from one place to another in a fast way and have a big range of teleportation like wu , michiko , mary , undead , joker , leo , naiad

Actually he works on both. I main Axe boy and use him on large maps because of the fact the souls give them away. You can literally see purple souls across the map. Also, the corrupted area slows them down and forces them to either get away from the trees or take them down which still gives Axe boy clues. Another thing is that the open space makes it easier to land soul hits and to use the regretful road. But it just also depends on your play style and how comfortable you are with it.
