The devel is a real thing but people can keep dreaming that it would be fast at all. Unless we had the tech for that to run consistently and even be minorly competitive. Yeah I guess it could win. But again it's a poorly made vehicle with much worse performance and reliability than you would think

you are partly right because the production of a car that will be the first to have over 5000 hp under the hood is not easy to create and I am not surprised that production takes so long, where you also have to remember that cooling and the right gearbox and tires (example on bugatti Chiron are) is quite a problem considering the fact that such parts would have to be able to withstand such speed and still stay on the road, so as you can see on the devel's YT channel, I can say that this car is definitely not a scam because it perfectly you know how difficult it is to build such a powerful car, it's just my opinion and you don't have to agree with it, just if everyone was to hate every possible project, probably no new car or other thing would be created ;)
