Things to Do:- 1) sleep schedule(Brahmamuhurta) 2) workout 30 minutes a day 3) fresh fruit(Seasonal) 4) prioritize your shower 5) listen more & talk less 6) Learn When to Say No 7) Read at least 50 pages daily 8) learn a new skill in every three months 9) Power naps 10) Put your phone away for a while 11) Meditation 12) Do something for yourself for 6 months 13) Make more money and invest wisely 14) Do 4 hours a deep work 15) spend Quality time with loved ones

Every one has one schedule to sleep and get up Some one follow this things . I'm one of them who go to bed at (10pm and get up early 3.30am) every day.

No, sir few highly dedicated BAMS students are doing this ( sleeping at 10pm and waking at 4am), yes 1 or 2 days they might miss it throughout the year due to some specific reasons

New skills development Kiya, but jab apply karne Gaya to dekha ki experience ke Bina skill ki koi kimat Nehi hai, experience matlab industry experience, app khub se koi project Kiya to uska vi kuch value Nehi hai, unless you did it while in a company.. to kya kre aisi skill ka, this situation is one of the biggest causes of depression of youth, plz make a video on it.. how to tackle this?
