Jira is such trash. Which search box will find what? Ctrl+F is broken? When i click this, will it open a tab or 'dialog' after scrolling and thrashing for 20 seconds? Feeling lucky? Hit ESC and see what randomly happens.

More managers to do the thinking :) Problem with that is often the managers have never moved a single shovel of coal, yet are "thinking" how to optimize and improve.
