I am a UI UX designer who studied graphics and web design in 2019. While i design i will take only components which are able to add from libraries design systems, And hardly make a customized design. In my view designer is a father has only half hour of work to make a baby software and Developer is like mother. I will always make comfort my mate. That calls Dev feasabilty reduced time cost, and better digital experience Designers who doesn't know anything about dev will be only nightmare to Dev.
