I wish this game had guilds cause I love games like this but I love games that have guilds and social forming where you can build into something and interact in the game all kinds of ways. Guild Dungeons and raids. 2 things that even Diablo 4 doesn't have but they do have crazy expensive cosmetics and an even crazier priced expansion that we will be getting

I’ve never played SF actually, in PoE just like trading it’s great. In LE cycle 1 I’m definitely gonna start merchant but I think my second character I will try prophecy. Prophecy just feels like it’s PoE league vender with some autonomy over your character and it sounds good enough that a often trade enthusiast is very interested in

Personally merchant will be much more powerful and more popular, the main reason i state this is because the fact you can virtually jump to that specific item you want or need is a super clean touch, along with finding the perfects to reduce using crafting potential. Now the other faction could be even more powerful but it will be kinda based off RNG rather than how rich you are. It will be very interesting to see how well each one is played an what true aspect of an Arpg feels to you.

I think you underestimate how many casuals [majority] simply can't be bothered determining and managing item market values - that in itself will be a large learning and time investment. I suspect most will want their dopamine from better drops before advancing their game knowledge and associating rarity with currency. At which point nothing will beat the rush of finding that jackpot Merchant's Guild drop.

Have you guys considered a system where instead of items not being able to traded back, instead, you need to have x amount of kills with the item equipped so that i can be tradeable again? That seems like a great fix?

one thing about faction switch being your "safety mechanism to fix your build" - if you switch faction you literally lose all your current gear,so doesn't it break you character even more?😀

@@rasfdrsafdre i m quite certain i understood everything correctly.He literally said that faction change it's safety net for players so they don't have to level up a new character. But at certain point you will have entire gear equipped on you marked by CoF and when you switch to MG,you gear will become unavailable,so it's almost equal to "bricking" character

You unequip your gear but you still have your passive tree and crafting materials, your character should still have zero issues if they go back to campaign just to get some rudimentary gear.

I think you need better animations. All the anims in Last Epoch feel kind of stiff and weird. For instance, the character running animation feels so leaning forward like he is looking for something in a bush in front of him. Would be better if the animation team could use some motion captures.

720p is standard in online live streaming. It's not worth doing 1080 unless you have really good internet. Just allows for a smoother stream at a low cost of quality loss

Uniques still don't have 3D models. I reinstalled the game after more than 1 year, logged to my account and instantly noticed my unique armor is sharing a bascic 3D models. I instantly uninstalled the game will check it again in 2 years. We don't live in 2000 anymore and this is not Diablo 2. If it was there would be an excuse but i can't see an excuse for this in 2024 on a ARPG about loot. This game is doomed, its quite disappointing that a release date is on the talks already when the game is completely lacking in every sense.

God, so petty. Doesn't matter what year it is, producing assets is still expensive and takes time, this is a pretty small studio and their debut game at that. I'm pretty sure even PoE didn't have proper models for all their uniques for a long time, and they have way more resources at their disposal. The game is quite solid already with a lot of replayability. Perhaps tone down your expectations so they're closer to reality of a $35 ARPG. Besides, game is still in early access, maybe log in when it actually releases and check again before you b*tch like an ungrateful child.

However, the game getting to 1.0 with so many uniques lacking their in-game 3d models WHILE the game has MTX store where you can buy skins for those same items is a HUGE red flag.
