@@user-yq8os2dn2h thank you. 🙏🏼 The road is around 450 to 500 meter. Their rate is 2500 Pesos per day but i got some discount as they relative of the previous owner.

Nice one! how many hectares is your farm land? Do you have relatives to supervise all the work or just hired someone?

@@dimaz2kx its 8 Hectares. From time to time my brother and my father will visit. I also hired someone to stay in the property and take care. Cleaning a bit and make sure nobody takes the bamboo. 😂 Subscribe to my channel and watch out for future updates and situation of the farm.

@@ofwretirementjourney all well and good then. 8 hectares is quite big what do you plan to farm? I am quite sure 5 hectares is the limit but there are ways to have more land like selling the excess to your family member, form cooperatives or corporation. Good to know you found someone trustworthy to watch over your farm. I am still looking for someone to watch over my farm too but my farm is quite small compared to yours.

@@dimaz2kx i checked with my lawyer. 12 hectares is the limit now. And im processing the title at the moment with DENR. And ya if really 5 is the limit there are other ways.

OFW din po ako. Kagaya mo may 5 hectares ako sa Talakag, Bukidnon while nasa labas ako ng Pilipinas. Ang challenge ko po, hindi ako taga Bukidnon pero may mga katabing farms na. Magkano po ang rent ng Buldozer or taga DPWH po ba ang tumutulong sa paggawa ng kalsada? Ang priority ko po ang kalsada mula sa main road to farm. Patulong po. Thank you.

@@OganicaBean nice, good luck po sa development ng property nyo. Private po ang kinuha ko. Nasa 2500 per day ang rate nila pero naka discount ako kasi relative sila ng previous owner. At ung pinagawa ko private road po sya. Sa loob ng property papunta sa area na gusto palagyan ng bahay at iba pang facilities.
