Some are but they are sinking NOT the water is rising. It's called subduction. But they use that ploy to state their island is affected by rising seas, it a slight of hand trick. And if I give some correction to my statement. The oceans are rising but at 2mm per year on a linear pattern. Linear means NOT associated with CO2 rising in the atmosphere which is not linear in atmospheric injection.
