How can we do chronological description and follow the list of issues when the issues overlap? Such as "when was claimant dismissed. X or Y". vs "the process was unfair because A, B, C" so on-time issue vs unfair dismissal, where a lot of the events overlap.

When the claimant asks for a statement does the claimant state the episodes you will be asking about.
