You are correct! This video is the continuation of the other video in the description. You should get that Arduino code from my website and compile then upload it to your microcontroller.

Do you have the Arduino IDE open? If yes, close it an that it will work.

Sounds like a good approach, yes. But it is not the IDE itself but the serial terminal that can cause it.

@@gagagu01 no serial monitor is not open, I am well aware that serial monitor will capture the serial port and not allow access from another piece of software
