I know that feeling. Its like its a filling in my inner being and it rises up and i feel like i will explode!! And it happens spontaneously, mainly when im in (the Spirit), in praying and praying in toungues. And i will get utterance from the Lord, because i know its not me speaking. I just never had anyone teach me. Finally, someone who is explaining this!!! Thank you for this teaching!
