A great project Jason. This took me back to when I owned a real ZX80. Interesting to hear what you said about the efficient rom.

Thank you. I was about 12 when I got a ZX81, they where magical then and I find them just as magical and inspirational today.

Is there any chance you will ever release or sell the source code for this project? The whole CPU in a C just fascinates me.

Unfortunately for this project I don't think I will. As ultimately I will need to start making money from a product and this may be part of it. I will still open source other source code occasionally.

your are a programmer too ,that cool man , so i have a problem with my kit, i want to write simple monitor program that allow me some function like next , preview , go , ...but when i store the first digit using hex keyboard i cant store another one since cpu run faster than strobe , i use some wait delays loops but any progres (z80 cpu), can someone help a litle
