Movie studios really can't be bothered to just sit down and plan their future movies out. That's why every cinematic universe continues to fail. Except Godzilla. Those are simple though. Just need to have Godzilla fight another new movie.

Regardless of its "flop" for all known reasons, they should be capitalizing on the extremely positive reception of "TFOne" and focus on THAT sequel. A lot of people caught it later, after it was pulled from theatres and the word is STILL spreading. I guarantee more people will flock to the theatres if they announce a sequel to "TFOne", given that the story would have a slightly darker tone, the marketing is better and they actually make a Summer blockbuster out of it, instead of releasing it in Fall. Makes waaaaay more sense in the long run. Otherwise they'd be infusing the franchise with even more mediocrity, which is only more damaging to the future of Transformers as a whole. It's not friggin' rocket science! 🙄

They need to retcon parts of Rise of the Beasts and make the next Knightverse movie an actual sequel to Bumblebee that builds on its foundation and builds up to events like Beast Wars. I think they should go back to the 2021 script and concept art. They could easily save money by having the movie be set in only a few locations until the ending in Africa (like Bumblebee mostly had only a few locations).

Most of that script was supposedly in New York for most of the movie until the end with a Decepticon base in Africa.

Hasbro was jumping the gun on a Transformers X GI Joe crossover. Now you have three sets of characters (Transformers, Joes and Cobra) to properly characterize in a 1hour 30 minute long film is a terrible idea!

It's okay. It would've been trash if we were given dibonventura's vision: the rock with asian snake eyes and the decepticons revamped back to bayformers skinwalkers. Swear, studio interference and big heads thinking they're innovative is what ruins a movie

I think it’s still gonna happen but definitely it’s gonna be delayed no doubt about that might not even happen until 2027 because 2025 would probably be when they are done writing the script and 2026 Hasbro will probably have the 86 movie go back into theaters for a short time while it’s being filmed so 2027 they’ll have it finished and I see GI Joe x Transformers as a Winter Movie tbh

@@danielhuie4706 AoE pushed viewers away and made TLK flop all the harder. ROTB was an awful sequel to Bumblebee, a terrible Beast Wars adaptation, a passable prequel to the 2007 Bay film, and one of the reasons a masterpiece like TF:One flopped, the other being its awful marketing.
