Grabe ang spaghetti wires sa JP Laurel . Needs addresing badly , its even crosses the street itself. Multiple lamppost with older ones. Davao Light needs to remove all the old posts and remove cables that are no longer in use. What is the point of the new city ordinance and not being implemented
