if i have 10 inch dia cone for down side and 3 inch dia for up side and the total height is 1 feet than how to develop please tell?

Draw a straight line, Pick a point AB such that point AB is 10 inch apart. Construct a perpendicular line on line AB. This means that you will create angle 90 at the middle of line AB. Measure 1feet at the perpendicular line indicate it as point C. From point C draw a straight line. Such that it is parrarel to line AB. From point C, Measure 1.5 inch to your left and 1.5 inch to your right. With this you have succeeded in producing the image.
