DevExpress WinForms Grid: Large Data Sources & Instant Feedback with Server Mode

Why is it that the Data displayed cannot be edited and I cannot add new records even though I enabled Editing to true , When I try to edit and press some keys , nothing happens on the Grid Editform. Thanks!

What if i want to use JOIN Tables? Can you give the example by code?

You can create a custom SQL view with required JOINs and bind GridControl to this data. No extra coding needed. Anyway, if you encounter any issue with this task, feel free to submit a new ticket here www.devexpress.com/Support/Center/Question/Create

Using a view is not an option. When your grid does filtering it adds where conditions. These conditions on a view are performed so much slower than if embedded in the actual SQL.
