maybe it cause villa is just increased allies damage, and inspiration cannot be buffed from villa buff, so just debuff enemies

I think its cause you need AP for for Vila buff to take effect TF's baby tooth debuffs work passively also vila only buffs one character, Impromptu takes the average of everyone's stats, so when you use vila, in an impromptu team, you're only using like ~25% of her buff so its better to have a debuff (or a party wide buffer) offtopic, but there's also Regulus Psych that may be used in mono star (not used in this vid I think)

you should use Matilda instead of Argus 37 or flutterpage, as Matilda and voyager euphoria are catered to barcarola

​@@yep991you can upgrade max 2 characters' euphoria per patch, you don't have enough resources to upgrade them all. And if you want to upgrade someone else besides Voyager (for example Jessica), then you'll have to wait for the next patch to update Matilda
