I love your calming voice and beautifully sequenced practices. Could you pleeeeezzzzeee do more without music. Music is so personal and with all the technology today it’s so easy for people to incorporate their own curated music which works perfectly for them as individuals. I start so many beautiful practices that ten minutes in I have to turn off because the music is fighting with the bliss. What may be relaxing for one person can be incredibly jarring for the other. That is the beauty of home classes, no having to slog through what the instructor has chosen! Thank you for your beautiful work❤

Can you release an hour length version like once a month? I really like the shorter videos because I can fit it into my busy day, but I really like the 4 min holds of the longer videos and I would like to do at least one 60 min yin a month. I know you're busy, thank you for all you do! Your work is transformative.

Like many you are now a go to Channel for me, mostly in the evenings when I often combine the Yin session with one of your restorative/somatic sessions and finish with a little NIDRA/NSDR to complete my day. I have followed many others since my stroke a year ago and find your style for me the most genuine, I had at one point almost given up trying to emulate others but you have given me the permission I needed just to do it as it feels right for me, always giving options. Somethings still seem impossible (as a male, 67 still comping to terms with slowing down and letting go - I don’t have to be a perfectionist any more) so great work and thank you. 0:06

It was a good strecth for the body and for me my right hip in that side bend. In the spinal twist I could not make cactus arms with my left arm but was oke in the second twist. I like the strecth now in figure 4 with my angles. I only did sphinx without bolster and had my chest on the floor in melting heart. And did half butterfly on my right side hands on the floor accepting that I can not place my elbows on the ground on that side. Thx 😍🤩😍.
