This soothing guided relaxation will calm your body and mind by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. You'll be guided through a rotating sensory awareness technique to invoke a state of deep rest that is sometimes called Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep). The practice is done lying on the back, and it can be done anytime to help relieve general tension and anxiety. It can calm you down during a panic attack, and is also an excellent way to get to sleep and relieve insomnia.

This has to be one of the most relaxing body scans I have ever done. Thank you I will subscribe and look forward to more of this. You have a really soothing tone to your voice as well, no offence to other guided meditations but sone voices can ruin the practise 🤭😛. For anyone reading I wish you a peaceful abundant day. Oh my goodness......i woke this morning body tired and mind racing.....after doing your 39 minute yin yoga class, I stayed on the mat and relaxed into this guided meditation......oh glory be!! I feel amazing.....gosh i am glad that i found your yoga classes....so much gratitude for YOU x
