Using the bolster with pose like seal I find really helps with digestion and bloating. Helps body find more space and gives more compression. Another great practice x

I was feeling achy today and it’s like you read my mind, perfect practice. I am so enjoying this challenge and find myself planning each days schedule to make sure I don’t miss one. Its interesting how upside-down dragon differs in energies from dragon. Dragon is really energizing crown high up, upside-down dragon is more calming for me even though similar stretching areas.

I really loved this one. even tho I didn't had a wall that was suitable or a bolster/firm pillow I could use (I used blocks instead) I still really enjoyed this one. now I gotta go find a good bolster haha oh and the supported seal pose is a game changer for me. I could never really do it due to a wrist injury so I always just did swinx but now I know I can just place my elbows on blocks to lift myself up more. thank you for this

I only like to do reclined butterfly with a bolster under my knees supporting my groins so now I crossed my feet. I did legs on the wall without bolster which is not so firm as it is a folded thick duvet. So I prefer golden gate on a soft block but for seal my duvet is fine. Thx 😍🤩😍.
