@@kenauro7169 yes. Qudans plays kazuya and yet he chose heihachi. Heihachi was generally more represented at the TWT. Leemishima plays all the mishimas and yet he chose heihachi. Clearly there’s something the pros and I know that you guys aren’t aware of yet, and I’m trying to express that.

@@The_Buff_GuyDoesn't kazuya have better neutral control because of devil fist ? Heihachi doesn't really have a demon paw like that his version has less range and tracking
@The_Buff_GuyКүн бұрын
@ kazuya has better neutral past range 2.5, whereas heihachi controls the neutral from range 0-2.5. That’s more effective for tournament, which is why heihachi is the better tournament pick. If all you have past range 2.5 is 1 move, everyone in tournament will immediately identify what your next move most likely will be. Then apply the appropriate counter play, which is sidestep left with correct timing, or just block. Then kazuya is in your face, which is not where he wants to be. Heihachi wants to force pressure at close range and keep you there, and he’s great at doing that with 1,b2, df1,1, JF df1,2, f4 into stance pressure, and Electric. He can also apply pressure a bit further away with b4 to counter hit launch, which tracks to SSL. Heihachi just has more options available to him in more situations every round.

Qudans is using Heihachi for a while almost since he's been released, I try and watch as many matches I can since I main the same character but something feels off while watching him, especially if compared to other Hei users such as JDCR. My guess is Qudans tends to lose focus after a while in the round, while he's being aggressive, only few players can stand a chance (even if it's online ranked, you can see him play the same peers he would in a tournament) but at some point he just stops and lets the opponent take over, the feeling is like he's not putting enough pressure using his character's tools (same as DVJ even if he's low tier), the opponents simply don't see a threat coming and run him over. While still being world class level, I believe he's one of the top players still playing T7 or another installment.
@The_Buff_Guy2 күн бұрын
Devil jin is garbage right now. Kazuya is super strong but much harder than the other mishimas in tournament due to consistency issues. Heihachi is the solid choice here. He has better poking and neutral control than kazuya and Devil jin, and that alone will bring you much further in tournament when you don’t have many rounds to work with. Heihachi > kazuya > Devil jin right now.

I think you can react Victor uf11, even if he delays it. The animation is just so fluid that it's hard to mistake it, and the cancel is longer than the delay. So there's no real "mashing" against it. It's at least something in sure qudans had practiced, but it's a reactionary thing.

I mean he probably didnt switch to Heihachi because of the lows cause Heihachis lows are worse than deviljins. Db2 for Hei is launch on block and its 23f startup, its -13 for DJ and its 22f startup, Heis hellsweep doesnt guarantee anything while DJs does. My guess is that Heis heatsmash is better and his damage is better and he has a better counterhit mid in b4. But honestly i think Qudans loses because of weird decision making, he looks nothing like his old self.

Even if he lose or won still keeps playing the char. Him dropping dj just speaks alot on how worst dj got. People keep saying dj is strong in the past titles but this no brain peps dont even stop and wonder why not a lot of peps use him in the past , cause mishima is hard and dj as one is no exception. His a high execution technical char. You cant just press button , hard = strong thats how effort should get rewarded, not easy = strong.
