@@hayabuzon8219 it’s not, it’s instant on both but DDMK has an option (reset motion state) that lets you cancel out of style actions with other style actions (much like dmc4 and 5) making it much smoother then the switch version Oh also thank you I’m glad you liked the vid

@@hayabuzon8219 lol no problem, I’ll go into more detail since it sounds like you’re going to try it if you’re using the newest version of DDMK the option has been renamed to remove busy flag (it’s been called RMS for years tho so everyone calls it that) basically it lets you cancel out of any action when you press up on the dpad, it basically makes the use of trickster much smoother, for example if you do prop then air trick on switch you won’t be able to trick to the enemy on time because you can’t cancel the prop in time, with this you can

Thanks man what I do for that is do a helm breaker first and start mashing during that, then when you do the stinger right after you should have enough presses by then and million stab should come out, you can do this with most crazy combos and it makes them a lot easier

very stylish, nice video dude. im just curious how the enemy doesnt fly away when you do helm breaker or stinger? like you pass straight through them without slamming them to the ground when you do helm breaker. i just started using style switcher mod to do cool combos and i understand how remove busy flag works, but the knockback removal, i dont know how to do it.

It’s a property of DT enemies on DMD mode They have resistances to attacks like that and are only effected when hit enough by them

I can't get the mod to work on PC, I hate the fact that DMC3 remaster is only on switch ffs. Exclusive for new IP developed by the console company is one thing but a decade old game remaster? sad Anyway great combo, I really want to play again in the future once switch price drop further

The switch version is not very good at all Try using DDMK on the HD collection it gives you much more options with a lot less input lag compared to the switch version

@JRVS Even without style switching 3 has a bit more depth then 5. Wish 5 wasn’t made to be so “friendly” to noobs. Not much in between move-sets. While 3 has so much more in between move sets, and how they blend so much better. 5 just has more move sets so it looks like more, but isn’t.

@assassin on Prozac Not bad probably. Just not that good. It has a lot of depth, and just takes time to figure a proper control scheme while learning the deeper mechanics that push you. I’m on my third overhaul for my controller set up. It takes time to un-map the button set-up in your head. Then you have to rewire your brain to the new set-up before you can pull this crazy stuff off. It takes time, and dedication honestly. Kinda crazy, but so is this game. That’s why we love it though!

It’s a mod called the style switcher mod It lets you switch styles like in dmc4 and you can equip as many weapons as you want to It also lets you put the multi lock attack on the shoot button which is what was happening in the clip with Artemis.

I use to wonder why there were no dmc3 combo videos with custom music and sound effects and now I see why. You can’t even turn the music off on ps2 version. Never check ps3 version but will be checking for the ps4 version. If they didn’t add that feature i’m gonna be very disappointed especially with that switch release not being patched onto ps4

No version actually lets you You need mods to even do it on pc unless you want to delete the music files

I put off buying the ps4 version for so long knowing its an even worse port with more bugs than ps3 version but finally bought it to try and make combo videos without going through that ridiculous hdcp workaround on ps3. I don’t even think the music is bad I like dmc3’s soundtrack but the fact that you can’t do it in this game but its possible in other games is just dumbfounding.
