How good is drive in this game?

The only way to use Drive is to hold attack, charge it and release it. You can buffer the charge if swtiched while doing attacks with other Devil Arm. Drive's shockwave damage is similar to full combo A damage and it launches enemy on impact. It's mostly used in style play, usually after Free Ride as finisher. But I do have some other uses for Drive which I will most likely show in this SS run
