why not the game turbo it has turbo mode

Back with Dante, I like doing the button mashing crazy combos (Million Stab, Million Slash, Jam Session, etc.), and doing those in Turbo is extremely tiring on my right arm; his handguns would also be slower relative to the game's speed, needing me to mash that faster than I normally would. With Vergil, that would mean spamming Summoned Swords at a faster rate, too. I don't want to have to get used to two different gameplay speeds, my arm can only take so much, and Turbo makes the time requirement a little too easy anyway, I guess, since the timer isn't affected by gameplay speed.
