@Ultimate Hedgehog Because he's the poor man's Dante. He was originally supposed to be more calm, collected and sophisticated. That would have offered a very compelling contrast to Dante. But instead they decided to change him to be more like Dante and that just makes him fall short.

Well then, if you have the cash to spend for 4K TV and XBOX One X then you might as well just spend that money and buy a decent gaming PC and play the game at 1080p with a much higher framerate than on console version.
