It's E at 432Hz if I remember correctly. As opposed to 440Hz.

All it is, is a quarter step down from E standard, so tune all strings to half way between Eb and E on standard 440hz . Eb or E flat is considered half step down and D standard is considered a whole step down, If I remember correctly.
