Ah yes, because SMT OSTs are usually not as good as Persona OSTs I get what you were trying to say, but that's what it sounds like, when they rarely if ever should be compared in terms of quality; They aim for a different feeling from each other, so it's more fair to just say that some of the instrument choices remind you of P2/4, rather than that latter point, you feel me?

Devil Summoner series is (was) older spin-off series than Persona (precursor of Digimon series). This track is from SMT Devil Summoner Soul Hackers (1997) from Sega Saturn / PSX, composed and arranged by Shoji Meguro. Only 3DS remaster have official localization, Saturn and PSX version never was released outside of Japan (censorship, Sony and Sega banned localization of Devil Summoner games in 1996 and 1998).
