was NOT prepared for the epicness. I seriously needed to restart due to the fact I was like 'wha--omfg this is awesome'. Not much music makes me do this.

I love the JD-800 and it'll always be my #1 synth, but someday when I am worth squillions of dollars I will own an Elka Synthex, Yamaha CS-80, white Moog Voyager, Prophet-5, and a personal ball-washer.

Hey, when I started playing "Dreams" by Van Halen, they flocked the stage for those first few seconds or so. It was all downhill from there of course. And... and SCREW YOU for bringing up personal details of my past! Holy crap, that was 20 years ago, too. Dang......

It's been an ongoing hobby of mine since 1974 (on my parents' organ). I was only 4 years old... I don't remember a time before playing music on organs & synths. So to answer your question, about 34 years! ;-)

There's also nothing involved in the music that sounds remotely 'out of place'; that is, everything serves a purpose relative to the key/form. Anything else that isn't necessary to the form of the song aids the style. Personally, I think it's impressive that the song was pulled together so well. Nice work, hamsterdunce!

Never having had piano lessons I don't really know what the scale is called, but you can find all the notes in the scale by playing alternating modes of D-major and C-minor scales. D, E-flat, G-flat, G, A, C, D is the scale.... sorry I couldn't be more helpful!

I'm glad you're not a total egomaniac, hamster, but you've got to give yourself some credit. This is kickass! Also, aren't you the guy who compared an original Minimoog to a Voyager in another Voyager, and tried to make the Voyager sound like the Minimoog? That was a pretty great video too.

I've been watching your videos, and I must say, you pack a whole lot of talent within that big lot of keyboards. In some ways your style reminds me alot of a certain keyboardist. Are you by any means a Jordan Rudess' bastard child? Really sweet music, nice videos. BTW, I'm also a fan of your R.A.B. flash series. Never guessed the creator of those series would be a talented keyplayer. Cheers xD

yes, but the original comment I was speaking to said, "...someone should play this on guitar...", And I meant to say, "It has been done before, just search." I just said that if you search the original song name, it would show that a few people have played the lead on guitar, not just pertaining to the original band who played it on the fiddle. And I'm 14.
