I am an apprentice, just you explaining, the purpose of putting air in the system, to adjust the brakes for flexibility in terms of the cotter pin and pin removal. Those cut off discs work great Best practice is to use a face shield and safety glasses with them. I work in a power plant and I have 3 friends that had those discs come apart. They were hit in the face not life threating but they have some nasty scars. Be safe man Thanks for the video

Normaly the line coming from the ABS module is service brake and the other one coming from the Relay Valve is Parking brake line.Most of the time, line with ABS sensor wire tied to is service but its not the rule though.

It depends on your track. We usually carry out trucks with premium ECU. It holds both of lines in itself. There's no need relay valve at all. And actually it's very difficult to be confused in lines cause hoses's diameter are different 8*6 and 12*9 or 10*8 and 12*9 . U can only mess up building new system.

@daniels98 No, because no air is going to the chamber lines. When you lock the brakes, it removes air from going to the chambers.

I just watched this again. I am not sure how you would adjust the brake stroke if the measurement was off? You are already at the end of the rod with the clevis and the brake adjuster bolt has already been established to get the brakes contact with the drum. Where is there any room for adjustment other than shortening the threaded rod?
