Overkill is a Jersey based band. I grew up jamming to overkill. Everything from feel the fire, to Necroshine. These guys have always been my favorite band . Brovo guys

I can remember buying the taking over album .my friends thought it was too fast . That F¤¤K YOU EP WAS A CLASSIC. WITH THE MIDDLE FINGER ON THE FRONT. It was always the big four that got 80% of the fame..some much equally great bands toured with them and bought out some mega metal..I used to love voi vod. Until their awful experiment stage ..OVERKILL have always stayed consistant .album after album .metal all the way..R.I.P .All the guitarists we have lost in the year 2023 ..that's a hell of a concert playing somewhere 😊.

This is the album where they took their groove metal sound of the 90's to it's logical conclusion. The result is one of the most merciless and bludgeoning offerings of metal ever unleashed. Just absolutely stomped into pulp what Metallica and Megadeth were doing at the time.
