Actually There can be a possibility that a super villain might use Arceus himself and then transform him into shadow form and then your last theory from previous episode can come true.So Ash and his friends can purify him back to normal, like how we do it in pokemon go.But i am interested between Arceus vs Shadow Arceus fight!!

coz i dont think, in this case , shadow arceus can defeat arceus coz of arceus plates, if they are Different.Also Galactic ko chodke, duniyaa ke saare hunters mewtwo ke peeche pade hai toh arceus, shadow arceus mein banane ke chances kam lag rahe hai.And if arceus do possess positive energy then shadow energy wont affect him, so super villains might be forced in making another shadow arceus/other shadow Mascot Legendaries

Mewrwo can easily dogde his other attact since raquaza is attacking from same area and mewtwo's speed is insane After rayquaza being stuck at one place he can even mind control rayquaza . Also every move except signature moves are feeded in mewtwo so he can use moves which are super effective on rayquaza like moonblast thunder bolt ice beam etc (May be better option to defeat mewtwo is ultra necrozma )
