Honestly, they've been changed up, but major props to the drummer. This is not an easy song to learn or play (thank you Gene) and the man had fairly limited time to learn, rehearse and perform. Props for doing what he needed to pull it off. End result is still incredible.

He skips the blast beats tho :> To get blast beat technique in a shape where you will not wear yourself out takes a lot of time so it is understandable. Besides, it is not like DT has a lot of them in his setlist these days so it would only be needed on this one song, and song works OK without it.

Seeing alot of criticism on the drummer. As a drummer, I commend him on doing what he did with such limited practice time. You got to give him along with the rest of the band credit for that, Also, Devin is 50 next year and still sounds just as amazing as he did many years ago in SYL.

I like this version. Though the drummer isn't "The Clock", given what he had to work with in the short time frame he had, he made it work!! I can appreciate, and enjoy two different feels to the same song. And Devin, that voice hasn't aged a bit. The production is far better than what I would expect for a live setting. Well done all around.

Wish people weren't being so rough on the band over their performance of this song, here. At the beginning of this show Devvy says that they had only 2 or 3 days to rehearse together beforehand. He hadn't even met them before rehearsal from what I understand. For them to pull off what they did here on a song this difficult is a massive accomplishment considering how little time they got to practice together before going on stage.
